According to the Statutes of the Congress, no professional qualifications are required for registration.
The Membership categories are Congress Members, Accompanying Members, Student Members and Youth Congress Members.

The Organizing Secretariat will be open at the Congress Center as follows
August 19th: August 20th-27th: August 28th:		15.00-19.00 8.30-19.00 8.30-12.00

20% VAT is included. The registration fee includes a $ 20,00 contribution to IUGS.
Students must submit documentary evidence of being enrolled at an educational institution in the year 2004.
Youth Congress Members must be accompanied by Congress Members and are eligible if aged between 7 and 14 years in 2004. Congress Members, Accompanying Members, Students Members and Youth Congress Members may take part in Field Trips when duly registered.

CONGRESS FEES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Congress Members: access to Scientific Sessions, Workshops, Short Courses and exhibitions, conference documents and publications, coffee breaks.
Working lunches and Social Program from August 21 to 27.

Students Members in year 2004: access to Scientific Sessions, Workshops, Short Courses and exhibitions, conference documents and publications, coffee breaks.
Working lunches from August 21 to 27.

Accompanying Members:access to exhibitions, coffee breaks.
Working lunches and Social Program from August 21 to 27 and morning city tour on August 21 at
9.00 a.m.

Youth Congress Members (from 7 to 14 years): 3 days of excursions, bag, guide books, access to the exhibitions.
